I recently reached out to Quality 1st as a repeat customer to get FlexiSpan installed in my basement. Josh Commack came out yesterday to provide me with an estimate (within hours of me inquiring about an appointment!). He was confident it was a quick and easy job and that FlexiSpan would do the trick for the issue we had. I booked on the spot with him. He was prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.
