I had my new Mazda CX5 delivered by Mike Smith from Essendon Mazda this morning and it was exceptional service. Buying a new car is usually an arduous process, up there with taxes, mortgages etc but Mike and the team have made it effortless. Mike was in touch with me regularly both prior to the purchase and also after, when he was extremely helpful in confirming details, arranging the delivery and answering questions.

It s the first time I have purchased a car and actually felt the dealership was really focused on the customer and delivering the best outcome for me. The home delivery and run through of features was the icing on the cake.
