The service representative was awesome (Rebecca)
She was fast, friendly and thorough.
The service was good.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that the nissan leaf I brought in for service was not plugged in at all during it's time there. That would have been going the extra mile. Especially since it was parked for ne to pick up right in front of one. Service rep thought it might have been plugged in inside the garage but it wasn't. Not a huge deal but again, that would have been going to extra mile.
