Had issue with my windshield after an oil change, took it back into the shop to discuss and provided my contact information for the Asst Mgr or Gen Mgr to call the following day. I had to call the following afternoon because of no return call. Once the Asst Mgr called back to discuss, he was willing to assist but also accused me of trying to take advantage...more like screw him. Had a relative and co-worker have bad experiences as well and will not be returning. Customer service is fake, mechanical service is fine.
