everyone was very friendly and performed the service, and recall very quickly. there was very little waiting time. also, the parts dept. had the accessories that I ordered just the day before waiting for me. JR helped me get the voucher for the rewards points, to use towards the accessories, which I could not figure out. all in all it was a very good experience.
