The Henderson has amazing reviews, so you can imagine how sad I am to have had a terrible experience with our family of 5. I called about the beach resort and they convinced us to stay at the Henderson Lofts because of our family size (by the way, I am writing this review while we are still staying here). First off, if you stay at the lofts you get completely ignored and also there is no daily cleaning, so beware! I purchased the package with a free parking pass and beach rentals. We show up and get our keys, no parking pass but the garage will be open . No, the garage door was consistently locked with no way to get in, so you are stuck outside in your car hoping to get ahold of someone from your cell phone. Secondly, our requests for a crib through email and multiple phone calls did not come until late night so our baby had to miss her nap. Lastly, our shower drain was broken so every time we showered the floor turned into a pool. The maintenance man came out and it helped a little bit but still leaked out we had to use at least two towels to soak up the water. I kept reading about the wonderful customer service, but so far our family has not experienced it! For the cost per night I would highly recommend to stay some place else!
