I will never stay here again. The rooms were very worn down. I paid a premium for an ocean view and they put us in a half view, 1st floor room that was next to some sand courts of some sort. We had them move us to a true ocean view room. We were traveling with our two sons and stated that we needed two beds. They had us down for one bed. Our ocean view room was a sauna because the air conditioning didn't work. They "fixed" it the next day without even suggesting some sort of credit for our miserably hot evening. That evening, around 2AM, the air conditioner started making horrific noises. We mentioned that it still had problems when we left for the entire day, of which they said they would have someone fix it. They never sent anyone to our room and when we got home that evening it had stopped working and it was a sauna again. They sent a mechanic to our room at 10PM. The kids and I laid in our bed waiting for them to finish because we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed. The two mechanics were disagreeing about what was wrong with it. One mechanic thought a certain mechanism had to be replaced, of which they were out of because they had to replace it in another room earlier that day. The other mechanic was adamant that he could get it working w/out the part. He was finally able to get it going, only for it to shut down and not turn back on a few hours later. Our room was a sauna again. When I checked out the next morning, I refused to pay for the final evening. Keep in mind we had 3 evenings of trying to sleep in a sauna. The manager flat out said "no". He gave us a credit for $165.29 for one night and a credit for $187 for the 3rd night. I know that is something and that something is better than nothing, but if he wanted us to ever return again, he should of been apologetic, which he wasn't and he should have offered, at a bare minimum, to split the tab with us for just the rooms. We spent a small fortune on eating and drinking while at their hotel. We were more than happy to pay for the things we enjoyed, such as the food (which was really good) and the drinks (which were really expensive $17 for a tangeray and tonic). We had fun, but the actual room component was a complete let down.
