I had a very poor experience. I have an issue with my sublease and I looked them up on Google and they had 5/5 so I went to their chat option and explained my case for 15 minutes typing. And then a spokesperson on the other side told me that someone will reach out to me asap for consultation and I never heard back from anyone. So when I needed a legal help the most, I wasted time with them to not even get a call or email back.
