I went there a week ago for my 30th birthday and I was really disappointed by the quality of the service. If the atmosphere is nice and the food alright the service is AWFUL. Long story short the waiter was arrogant and not professional, he didn't apologize after overthrowing a bottle of water on my father's pants, and the reception manager couldn't explain me how they lost my girlfriend's coat. They could have offered us a drink while waiting for an hour and a half for the coat or a ride back to home but they didn't..
They ruined my night and I felt embarrassed for my friends who traveled to be with me for this special occasion.
Trust me, there are much better places in London especially in Mayfair. AVOID IT
PS : They were supposed to call me and to offer me a compensation, I'm still waiting their call..
