I have rarely spoken about my experience with a retailer, good or bad, but this is a case of having been caught pleasantly by surprise. I needed a new bed and was searching for a local source when I came across Cotton Cloud's name. I'm not sure what I expected, but what I got was full customer service delivered so courteously and professionally that I am still shaking my head in disbelief. Thank you Mack and Cotton Cloud for a job well done. I think I'm going to like Portland.
