Stress-free experience! Purchased our first home in HI through Pacific Rim and it's nothing like we'd ever experienced before with other home purchases. They were always available by email and phone; and quick to respond! They were transparent and gave us great rates and options! They walked us through different scenarios for our finances and made adjustments where we needed. I thought I would have anxiety through this process based on our previous experience; but this was nothing like that! We closed in 30 days without any hiccups and closed today! Thank you Jodie and team for a wonderful experience for me and my family. Will definitely use them again and refer friends and family!
