So our Honda Pilot's computer recently had a glitch and back up camera wasn't working, music wasn't working, and any type of media wasn't working. The screen was just blank and it actually stayed on even after the car is locked. But we totally understand that these newer cars tend to have problems especially with updates over air. So my dad took it to Honda of Serramonte where we got the car and he told them about the situation. They got the car all fixed after a couple of hours which is totally fine considering that we walked in and there were a few guests ahead of us. We also really appreciate that did they a complimentary multi point inspection on the car including tire pressure, fluids, battery, and everything else. We love our cars and to have something fixed the next day even if we walked in is amazing. Their shop is great and I also want to mention their customer service is on point when we got our Pilot last year. We really appreciate everybody who works there. Thank you!
