My disabled brother has rented from Meridian for over 16 years. The apartment upstairs flooded his apartment. The problems are too numerous to go into here. However, when his FAMILY finally moved moved him into another apartment in the same building. He will be without a phone or television for 14 days. I spent slightly more than 30 hours trying to get this taken care of. Other family members spent at least another 7+ hours checking equipment and trying to get his telephone and TV working. We finally got a technician to come the wires to his apt were not hooked up. He could not get into the communications room to hook them up. We tried calling maintenance, no answer. It is Sunday. The office is also closed tomorrow. So we set up an appointment for the technician to come on Tuesday. I will have to notify them. Furthermore, when I try contacting Meridian's main office, they do not call or email me back. They refer it to the complex office person.
