"ONLINE ESTATE AGENTS HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE" . I really cant see how this business model is sustainable. The staff have zero knowledge of the properties they are selling or the areas/communities they are in. You have zero relationship with them as a customer and you feel as though you are just dealing with a faceless call center. They never ring you back or take any interest in you as a purchaser, its just a transaction. Note to those thinking of selling through an online agent..... cheap fees = cheap non -existent service. All they interested in doing is referring you to other services from which they earn commissions. If you have a problematic sale then don't expect this lot to be able to get it resolved. They couldn't care less........
