The reporting system and the website is fine, but they missed a few things on our pre-purchase inspection. One of the most glaring problems was that the underside of the kitchen cabinets is completely exposed to outside so the cold air comes blowing in during the winter. This is a major problem. Another issue they missed was electrical. All the kitchen outlets stop working whenever it rains which is probably a big safety issue.
