I should have listened to reviews. This place is bad. I went to the ER and it was just a couple of people. Over almost 3 hours they maybe called in 2 people. By then the room was getting packed. They triage and that's all. I should have realized how gross it was when they used the same blood pressure cuff for everyone. I've been to a lot of ER, always recieving a new in package cuff. This is gross. Then they pulled out gynecological exam things. Nurse used her hands and eventually put on gloves. No tray for the tools. Smack on the counter by the sink. The speculum they put partially on the bag it came in. Everything was so dragged out and I wondered why they didnt just discharge me to clear a room for the next person. There's no way people dont die in that waiting room. Doctor was nice, nurse was nice, triage nurse was pretty intense... but the crowd can be tough. I hope I don't catch anything dreadful from this place. Bathroom was horrible. People from the street use them and they hand you a cup to pee in. I wasnt going to step foot in there after watching everyone walk in and out. So I waited for the one in the ER. Nasty. Filthy. I hope to never step foot into this place again. It needs a major upgrade in technology and service. And I had to park across the street up a few floors and walk in pain to the ER. It is a terrible joke.
