Matthew Doss Review of Heritage Property Management

Heritage property management does not care about the neighborhoods they govern, and over charges/cheats every homeowner out of their money. The reason for this review is regarding COVID-19 and how it has effected us as a community. I just received my quarterly bill to make my payment for routine HOA fees. Mind you, I pay over $400 a year for Heritage to not answer the phone and delay returning my calls, over grown grass festering in all of the tennis courts, and most importantly a closed pool that has yet to open since memorial day. I finally spoke with a heritage representative today (Regina) about my concerns and was told to file my complaints online and ultimately kick rocks. Although Heritage has failed to uphold their end of the bargain that I agreed to when I purchased my home, I am still required to pay my HOA fees blindly and unwaveringly. Personally, the pool being closed is my biggest issue because I have a 1 year old daughter that enjoys to swim, and due to Georgia climate, we all know we only have 3 short months to enjoy water activities. While the pool is closed until further notice due to the upper management lacking the proper skills and brain power to run the association, Heritage does not believe in giving their homeowners a pro-rated rate. Simultaneously people are out of work, can't pay or are behind on their bills, and are in need of constant government assistance. This goes to show the character of Heritage Property Management and their true concern, which is monetary greed and lack of concern for its community and homeowners.
