UPDATE: Getting the run around about getting my car inspected!

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento (Love it!) last weekend. Sandra and Joe were very nice. Our appointment was for 1:30pm came in with all documentation (so we wouldn't be there all day), We finally got done around 6:00pm. Don't understand why it took so long (especially since we were so prepared). Will come back if we need another vehicle, but hope it doesn't take all day again.
