I had Karen as an instructor during my time at Emergency Care Programs. She truly wants each and every student to excel and know their stuff. She incorporates her humor into all of her lectures and while emphasizing the critical things you need to know while you re out in the field. Aside from lectures, the other instructors that were present had high expertise in the skills aspect of the course. As a students it really helped because they answered every question and often times challenged you to answer it yourself. Overall great experience and met an awesome group of people along the way.
