Stylish, friendly hotel.

Stylish, friendly hotel.
Great location, friendly staff.
Decent Italian restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte, no buffet breakfast, which may be an inconvenience for some.
If you are lucky, great view from the room. If less lucky, view on a next building wall.
Housekeeping and cleaning did not raise a single question from me in a week.
Complimentary overnight shoeshine lasts a bit longer than overnight though.
Some guest were complaining about elevators capacity, which is quite normal for Europe and a bit small for the US - but this is a historical building, after all...

Overall, I would return to Hamilton as well as recommend it to others.
