I worked for Hatch Staffing during the summer of 2012 in their ELITE Internship program and my experience could not have been better. From the start, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. Even though this was an internship at a staffing agency, my responsibilities were never limited to the one position. If an intern found they had an interest in sales, accounting, or anything else business related Hatch Staffing would give them the resources and mentors to get involved. This is not a grunt work internship - they genuinely treat their interns as one of their own by allowing them to have real responsibilities and by providing constructive feedback on their progress. Not only did this opportunity allow me to grow my knowledge of the business world, but I also had fun doing it. Hatch Staffing provided everything from networking opportunities, continued education classes on business topics, and fun competitions for the interns. I walked away from this internship having learned much more than I ever anticipated and above all, I arrived as a stranger and left as part of the Hatch family.
