I've been a customer of Intuit for over three years and I've loved every single day with them. Today my accountant noticed that some of the bank transactions are being duplicated. So i thought i would call customer service and have them fix it from their end. Well, that wasn't the case here. I've been told that my files are corrupted and they need to hire a third party company to fix my issue. They charged me $399 to fix this issue. I believe that it is unfair since i pay for the online services monthly so i would not have issues like that. I understand if this would've happened on a desktop version of quickbooks, but it happened on the online version. Disappointing. Hopefully someone from intuit can reach out and fix this inconvenience...
