Letter of cancellation sent, but no response from Melching. More than a month later I called about the cancellation. I was told that I had to cancel the insurance through the intermediary. Apparently they couldn't do that differently. That could also have been communicated in response to the cancellation letter. A business model like this will not be sustainable in the modern insurance market. I was kindly helped on the telephone.
