Scorchsoft's commercial acumen and advice has been very helpful and it's evident they have experience and knowledge to support any given challenge.

On a technical level, the project has been coordinated using Jira, which is a great tool going forward and is very easy to use and knowing where things are at in general - this has also been a big improvement on the previous way we had been providing feedback our previous suppliers on other projects.

I feel assured that I can rely on the Scorchsoft team to respond quickly to any issues that require your input in my judgement based their experience.
