Wow. Some really bad service. Dropped a work truck on December 12 for some minor repairs (side mirror replacement and door wire harness). Had scheduled an appointment for the 13th. Called at the end of the day and they said they were busy and didn t have a chance to look at it. Called again on Monday (16th) with no luck. After pressing, they said maybe they would be able to look at it on Thursday (19th). Net Net just got the vehicle back on January 9th with no explanation of why. This is a work truck and it was out for nearly a month when I thought it would be out for a day. No outbound calls from the service department they would only respond after I called. Not sure what is going on but if you need a vehicle serviced this place is extremely slow.
Response to the response from owner - exactly who do you suggest that I speak with when calling your general number (I have the number memorized because I called it so many times while waiting). Here is the deal. There are a bunch of small business owners that have the smaller vans that need same day service. If you can provide it you will have a ton of service business. If you keep a revenue generating asset for a month, sorry you should get out of the game.....
