The hotel is beautiful!! We were at a wedding and it was absolutely stunning. However the wait staff were terrible they continually forgot orders or brought the wrong order, the air conditioning was not working and the reception chandeliers are covered with spider webs and spiders, the hot water took forever to heat up to the point were my partner and I just had a cold shower and they never had towels in our room when we came in and only brought them in later when were out.
