My initial contact with the hotel staff did not provide the customer service I expected, but Emily Hobler, the Catering Sales Manager was great. Not only did she make me feel like the hotel was the best place for my event, I could tell when I returned for a 2nd walk thru that she had addressed my customer service concerns.
