Michael Ashton is phenomenal, I'm using Elegant Cuisine for my wedding and they are going above and beyond to bring my vision to life. Some wedding caterers I've found to be a bit controlling and have tried to pressure me into outlandish drinks packages and silly extras. The tasting was excellent, with the chef on hand to review details; if you find Millets Farm a bit low-brow for your catering please think again, the presentation and attention to detail here are first rate. Michael has also been helpful recommending other suppliers, so grateful to the entire team there.
