Was everything you'll expect at a dealership. Greeted at first sight. The workers there where very knowledgeable about their products and answered every question I had for them. Price negotiations took a bit longer than expected but that's the norm for any dealerships out there. Overall it was a great experience, would recommend honda of serramonte to anyone.
