Again Shavitz gets very high marks for professionalism and performance.
We chose the 3 year service plan and we are happy we did. Craig and Maurice have all prior service records which makes maintenance fast and efficient. Issues which may become a problem are put on a watch-list.
Shavitz has a detailed understanding of my HVAC system.
