Took out a build your credit loan that they market...

Took out a build your credit loan that they market as being a way to build your credit by taking out a loan that they service for you. Fast forward two years. They stopped paying the loan and put a delinquency on my credit statement. Now they re saying I owe more money to have them remove the delinquency they caused. Stay away from here.
Update: after 2 weeks of emails, to which I now no longer get a response my credit report remains 100 points lower than it was.
