May be it was a 4 star hotel 30 years ago, but now it's just ,filthy, dirty hotel like facility. One more time old and very dirty. Too bad i can't load some pictures( Hair all over my room, dirty windows and mirrors, black mold all over the shower, toilet was soo dirty that they decided it's easier to replace it then clean it, stains on sheets and towels. Staff is arrogant and poorly trained( managers, front desk, bar and restaurant staff, spa, pool and shops staff, NOT poor cleaning ladies and room service staff they are very nice actually). Glass of milk delivered to your room $13.95, Ihop quality breakfast for two $100, one bottle of water (16.9oz) $20 (you get only two complimentary bottles of water per stay) too compare a glass of rose in 2 Michelin star restaurant is $35. I understand that different people have different standards but I'm still amazed how someone can give this place 4-5 star review. DO NOT go there unless you like spend insane amount of money and be treated like crap.
