DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They only want that security deposit then they leave you high and dry!!!!! About two weeks ago I called initially for property that was available. I filled out the application and was told it was first come first serve by Joy. I was also told I was the first one to fill out the application! After that I HADN T HEARD A THING BACK!!! Nothing!!!! I called back a few days later and was informed it was already rented!!!!!! I was then told the property manager would call me!!! NOTHING!! I was then told I had to email her because that was the only way to reach her she didn t have a phone!?!?!?!?! All she told me was they rented it and had not seen my application!!!! Then I was told I could apply for other properties. She also told me she NEVER told me I was the first person to fill out the application. SHE DID!!! Now I m being told my application can go towards another property but it s NON REFUNDABLE!? Nothing else was in my price range and after how I ve been treated I why would I want to rent from you?!?! Is this how you treat all your customers????
