Heritage's response since Jennifer Carter left has been:
A. Nonexistent; or
B. Required months of multiple follow-ups.
I submitted three requests on Vantaca -- a cumbersome process especially with photos. Despite their "courtesy notice to inform you that we have received a Service Request from you," the requests disappeared from my Owner Dashboard/Open Items in less than a week.
A fourth example is 1848776, submitted in January with two follow ups and no response four months later.
Submitting Vantaca requests is a waste of time. Consistent with no human interaction in request submission, the Heritage website has absolutely no "contact" names, phone numbers, or email addresses. It appears Heritage's process is geared to having Homeowners "give up" on submitting requests for HOA maintenance; and instead source and pay for the maintenance themselves. This saves Heritage workload and HOA expense.
