The online portion of my experience was pretty self-explanatory and simple. I was scheduled for pick up today between 8a and noon. I received a call yesterday while I was two hours away from home stating that a driver was on his way to pick up my car and was about an hour away. I explained to him that I was scheduled for today and that I wasn t there to Complete the transaction. I asked him if someone would still be out today to pick the car up. He told me I would have to call the company to make sure. When I called today before my scheduled 8-12 pickup I was told that the driver had noted that he stopped by today and that no one was home.
