Crap service. Granted, no one goes to a car dealer...

Crap service. Granted, no one goes to a car dealership expecting anything more than a "car dealership service" but I now will NEVER buy from them. I went looking for their new 2016 Tacoma to look at, they had one out front, was able to get in, look around etc. sweet. I decided to go inside to see if someone could help me to price one for me with the model/trim/options I am looking for. An Asian woman (I'm not trying to be rude but considering she never introduced herself I have no idea what her name is) asked if I needed help. I told her about my interest in the Tacoma and asked to "get an idea of the price" for the one I want, and I REALLY want a Tacoma so I'm almost ready to sign. She scribbles down what I'm looking for then just gets on her phone and says "this is what we have" her company "computer" is right next to her. And she begins to scroll through the trucks, none of which are close to what I want. I notice that the website is a standard online site, not some special inventory that she has access to. I tell her "yeah I could do that myself" and she just looks and says "yeah". Wow thank you, no introduction of yourself, NO effort to find the vehicle I'm pretty much ready to buy, no effort to work with me to see where that particular one may be or timetable as to when she could get it for me. Nothing. When I tell her how I could have done that Internet search myself she just says yeah then "ok". That was it. I was being as polite as I could be and no effort was made on her part to sell a vehicle "her job". I'll take my $35,000 elsewhere.
