I CAN THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. I CALL BEFORE DRIVING A HOUR AND A HALF TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET MY TRUCK THAT I WAS TOLD A RECALL PART FOR THE GLOVE DEPARTMENT. I GET THERE AND WAITED FOR SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME AND EVERYONE LOOKING AT ME TURN GOT UP AND TALKING AMONG EACH OTHER I WAITED FOR 10-15 MINUTES AND STILL NO ONE ASK ME HOW CAN THEY HELP ME. AFTER THAT I WAS WAITING FOR THE SERVICE TO COME TO THE FRONT AFTER HE KNEW I WAS ON MY WAY. I WAITING FROM 12:15 PM UNTIL 1PM FOR THIS GUT TO SHOW UP.. EVERYONE MOVES LIKE A ZOMBIE AND WITH NO URGENCY TO ASSIST YOU. AFTER ALL THAT WAITING AND HIM WALKING AROUND HE TELLS ME THE BOX IS BROKEN AND HE WOULD HAVE TO PAINT A USE ONE INSTEAD OF ORDERING ME A NEW BOX THAT THEY OWE ME FROM A RECALL. MY TRUCK CAME BACK WITH THE FRONT SEAT BLACK AND I ASK HIM WHAT HAPPEN TO MY SEAT HE SAID NOTHING.. MY SON AND I WAS SOOOOO FREAKING UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND TREATMENT. ANOTHER TOOK MY TRUCK TO THE BACK AND CLEAN THE SEAT.. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CALLING TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF AND STILL NOTHING BUT ME HAVING TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
