Couldn't reach a salesperson to buy a car! Called ...

Couldn't reach a salesperson to buy a car! Called four times, got voicemail twice, got disconnected once, and one time the salesman picked up with "hello?"... no introduction no nothing. When I asked if this was new car sales, I got hung up on. Haha they clearly don't want my business, I'll buy my genesis elsewhere.

Update: They attempted to make this better by giving me a "good deal" on a new genesis. I drive 60 miles to pick it up and the car in question has 6000 miles and stains on the seat and center console. They respond by saying it's never been titled therefore it's new. No matter that they didn't tell me ahead of time knowing where I was driving from. Avoid this place at all costs.
