Only if you did not do gross misconduct . They will purposely mail your determination and appeal forms late so that you will not have the proper time to appeal. Very untrustworthy and sneaky individuals. I won my appeal and will receive all benefits thanks to OAH. I had to physically go up to DOES and call numerous times to get my paper work to file appeal.
