The set up is very nice,enjoyed the Isleys Concert,the ihop inside could have been better,staff couldnt keep up with the orders, food was served cold.Winstar unlike Louisiana's Casinos,don't spoil their customers with free buffets, hotel stays,points uploaded to thier membership cards,free alcohol beverages,and many other bonuses.We booked a hotel stay for the second night which advertised The Mist,which announced Motown Soul Revenue,it was cancelled without updating their customers,when inquiring about the event we were told their would be a private party instead and Thereafter The Mist would no longer be opened, what a disappointment!!! Had we known we would not have booked a second nights stay!! False Advertisement!!
