No assistance when carrying bags leaving.
Bugs and mosquitos in the room.
External access to the TV was a bit fishy. A mouse curser was moving across the screen to select random computer files. So had to disconnect.

But, on the bright side the view was fantastic.
(Yet, by the 2nd night they placed a big tube light opposite the balconies because none of the balcony lights worked which then obstructed all view.)
Beach bag, towels, umbrellas and flip flops were provided for use.
