The sad and terrible thing about this hospital is that the patient, who is already tested by the disease, always and only speaks with a call center. There is no way to talk to a doctor. You talk to a chick who doesn't care about anything and who knows nothing about you and knows nothing about medicine. TREMENDOUS. COLD. NOT RECOMMENDED (Humanitas Oncology).
Added comment 11/14/19: Absolutely useless for Humanitas comments asking for a contact. Today you left my mother, an elderly woman, to wait 5 hours outside the general surgery department. Badly treated by staff if they asked for information and timing. And to think that he was there because of a mistake you made during an intervention. SHAME ON YOU!
