Although the the session was good the photographer was very Friendly and professional, the studio was very over priced for the amount of portraits I received. I don't understand why the parents are forced to use this studio but I would have preferred someone more reasonable. Also not one of my child's poses had the school year I was told that was extra which is ridiculous, that should be included. My child also had a sticker on the bottom of her shoe which was supposed to be edited and was not when I went to the studio to tell them the woman that came up front didn't show any concern with my issue. She told me I had to bring the picture back as if I was trying to get something for free. I paid well over 500.00 on my packages the least they could have done was pull up the picture to see what I was talking about. I would hope shelby county school would pick another studio next year.
