At my last service appointment I was told that my car will be getting doors replacement as part of the recall. I was told the doors are being ordered (on thebday of my service) and I will get a call to set up an appointment. I never received the call. 3 weeks later I called and set up an appointment. When confirming a day before, I specifically asked how long it is going to take, because I had to pick my child up from school. I was told 3-4 hours. About 2 hours into my van getting done, I called to confirm it was going to be done fairly soon, but was told NO WAY! I was told that these recalls take a full, 8 hour day! Of course, I was upset, but after making a few calls arranged for someone else pick up my child. Literally, 20 minutes later I received a call that my van was done! I was furious! When I came in to pick up my van, no one could tell me who was the lady I spoke to on the phone that gave me an incorrect information...The next day I have noticed that the rubber that seals the window to the door is teared off. I called Concord Toyota twice and was put on hold indefinitely, but to no avail. No one called me back and it needs to be repaired.
