Used their shop a couple of times for a recall and oil changes. Overall a decent experience but between getting texts from someone there using cold call tactics to get me to trade in my car(so confused by this) and my most recent experience where I waited for two+ hours for an oil change to get wrapped up and was almost charged for work not even done on my car(I noticed it before paying) leave me feeling unsure of returning there. It's been quality work but it's incredibly chaotic as far as their work flow goes.
