^^^This is the first thing you read on their website. Which is complete BS. I have been receiving calls from this company due to a mix up with my insurance and the hospital. Harris & Harris have been not helpful in anyway. Was literally yelled at by someone that stated "if you want to ruin your credit that's up to you" Seriously? I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing. I've had the same insurance for 8 years and have NEVER had to pay for this type of service, obviously something is wrong. My insurance confirmed it was a mix up and is sending all the proof I need in the mail. I was calling to update H&H on the situation and they were rude and terrible trying to scare me into paying.

Shame on you. Trying to screw over hard working people that are dealing with the mistakes of other people. Screw you guys.
