If you want to see the music hall, go between May to August, otherwise you d be allowed only to see common areas.

Entrance: free
You just need to sign in and leave your ID at the desk in order to use speakers.

Unfortunately the audio tour is not so interesting and I find the audio sometimes way too long and informative.
