I am so appreciative of the scholarship I received...

I am so appreciative of the scholarship I received from Buckfire & Buckfire! It can be so challenging to get ahead, and what may seem like a small gesture to some could make a huge difference in the life of someone else. That is certainly the case with me. I had not heard of this scholarship until I was in the financial aid office of Governors State University where I am working on a Bachelors in Social Work. It was such a simple exchange, the woman handed me the flyer, and went about her day. So many people apply for these things, but I tried anyway because I can't afford to let opportunities pass, even small ones. Receiving this award was a wonderful surprise. Thank you again Buckfire Lawfirm and have a happy holiday season!
