For an experience titled Borderless, all I could see were the borders... to echo another review, about 80% of it is projections and are not interactive at all. You can see the edges of walls and floors and ceiling and scaffolding so the illusion disappears pretty quick. There were a couple of moments of immersion, mainly in the room with the hanging strings of LED lights. It s neat how things evolve as you walk through and a room will have changed if you come back. I also liked the free flowing nature of it and not having a map. People complaining about missing a room too bad? If the line for the Floating Nest is long skip it, super underwhelming. Unfortunately this isn t as captivating as you d hope, given the website and all the social media buzz etc. Doesn t help that there are countless Instagrammers doing photo shoots and then the staff yelling through radios and megaphones for people to behave. I think it s worth seeing as a multimedia installation, but don t set your expectations to mind-blown. Partly it felt dated? Probably best to come back in 10-20 years when the projections are replaced by LED screens and you can actually interact with the environment.
