Best hotel in Toronto. Service is impeccable from the moment you step into the hotel. Everyone greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to make your stay perfect. I sent them a personal thank you and will be back again! The spa and the Director of the spa is exceptional. The RMT s are the best in the city and even during my stay they brought up complimentary cake to the room and also for breakfast came and made cappuccinos on the spot with room service. It is now my favourite hotel in the city!!! 10 stars in my opinion!
